RoofHero.au connects homeowners seeking roofing services with local, licensed contractors through an AI-powered quoting and bidding system. We do not perform roofing work and we do not process payments. All financial transactions and service fulfillment occur directly between contractors and homeowners.

3. Homeowner Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address and roof details for quoting.
• Select and engage a contractor based on quotes and profiles.
• Arrange payment, scheduling, and any on-site inspections directly with the chosen contractor.

4. Contractor Obligations

• Maintain valid licensing, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.
• Submit honest, competitive bids without knowledge of other bids.
• Fulfill contracted work and handle all customer payments and warranties.

5. Quoting Engine Disclaimer

Our automated quoting engine produces an initial estimate range (±10%) based on roof area, pitch, material rate, complexity, scaffolding, and a fixed cost. This preview is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding quote.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofHero.au, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
